Harvest and field sorting
Picked at the right maturity for the destination and transit time, then sorted in the field.
Packhouse grading
Washed or brushed, graded by size and colour, and packed to your carton, label and count.
Pre-cooling
Field heat removed quickly so the vegetables keep their shelf life on the way.
